A Large 10 light French Gothic revival period chandelier

Description
A central stem covered by glass stem pieces. On the 10 light arms, divided over two tiers, issuing from the receivers are hung molded pendants by Baccarat and are placed on the other 7 arms big glass ornaments, the so called ?poignards? as reflectors of light.
Made in France around the 1850s?.
